A refundable security deposit of €256 is due.
Notes
Guests who stay a minimum of 7 nights will benefit from one day of house keeping services (3h max.).
The departure cleaning fee is included in the price of the rental. However, if the property is not left in the cleanly condition it was transferred at the Check-in time, a $100 US fee will be charged from the Security Deposit.
The Misc. charges corresponds to PayPal payment fee (30 US dollars)
Taxes corresponds to 13% Sales Tax (IVA)

Amazing Place and Hospitality
Paulette (who BTW is an excellent breakfast cook) welcomed us at this phantastic place. You wake up in the morning watching Agutis (cute little animals) eating the fruits in your georgious private garden. We stayed 7 days and just didn't want to leave. I haven't seen a guesthouse like this anywhere else.
Excellent stay!
We enjoyed an excellent week at one of the modern houses. Having been to the main house a couple of years ago, the modern houses are by no means inferior, but rather benefit from the proximity of the respective pools with lots of privacy. We also very much liked the incredible jungle scenery and were able to spot groups of howler monkeys in the garden. Thanks very much to Antonio and his team for all their efforts to make our stay so wonderful. We'll be back for sure.
Exotic contemporary house in the jungle
We had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s house. Although it rained pretty much the whole week we were there, the house was so comfortable that the rain didn’t ruin our trip because of the comforts of the house. We didn’t feel trap in the house. Antonio was very helpful for any of our questions before arrival and during our trip. The only issue was the hot water in the showers it kept going away after a couple of minutes of being in the shower.

La casa la recomiendo 100%. Cuando llegamos la misma estaba super limpia y la distribución de la misma la hace muy cómoda. El staff muy atento. Eran nuestras primeras vacaciones en la zona y definitivamente volveremos!
Un lugar espectacular
De verdad es un hermoso lugar! Limpio, abierto, con mucha luz natural y privacidad. En todo momento nos sentimos seguros y nunca nos hizo falta nada ya que la casa está completamente equipada con lo esencial.

Excelente opción para llegar en Cahuita!! Es mi segunda vez y volvería muchas veces! Hermosa casa con una naturaleza fantástica!! La súper recomiendo!!

I stayed here with my wife and 6 year old son. We loved it. The house was beautiful and very clean. The grounds are lush and private. The pool was great. The geckos were very friendly. The kitchen was lovely. We did a lot of cooking. I would recommend getting a bike from the reggae bar ($45/wk) which makes getting back and forth to town and the beach very quick. We will definitely be back.

...unforgettable stay in paradise...
Me and my wife we really enjoyed everything about this enchanting property. From the beginning on we felt like home and the owner welcomed us and gave us a small private tour through his amazing tropical gardens. You could see immediately that every m2 of the property was perfectly maintained. The house is very modern and stylish. We enjoyed a lot the spacious and open design of the house. The kitchen is really very modern and perfect to use. U could see that it was really made for cooking and not only made as a "must have". But over the top is definitely the view from anywhere in the house. The huge glass walls are just perfect to get into touch with the nearby jungle. Every day when we woke we enjoyed this breathtaking view through the garden into the jungle. On the second day we already discovered a big group of monkeys howling us to sleep. What an unforgettable experience. Even some Agutis passed by when we were enjoying the private pool. There is honestly not even one thing we missed on our lovely stay at Lilan Nature. We both fell in love with this place an also with this incredible natural feeling that Costa Rica gives you wherever you look at. Thanks a lot also to Paulette who made our stay even more convenient! She was always around when we needed something without disturbing our complete privacy. What else can we say as...PURA VIDA...y...GRACIAS !!!
